During his visit, our photographer Sam noted the following:
This kitchen is in good/very good used condition, some wear/staining to cabinet internals commensurate with age. In our opinion, kitchen is due a repaint.
Utility sink base & kitchen sink base show signs of water ingress and require repair/replacing, will be given FOC. Plinth worn around dishwasher door. Few hinges on wall units require adjusting.
