- This kitchen is in very good/good used condition, cabinetry has been re-sprayed.
- F/F housing end panel and Sink base panel show signs of water damage and require replacing (panels will be given FOC). Few dents to F/F. Wooden worktops would benefit from sanding. Bin housing drawer needs re-aligning.
