*Worktop disclaimer in kitchen dismantle. The island has been constructed using a mitred join. Very often these break on dismantle because the bond used is greater than the strength of the stone. The island has, however, been constructed in 2 halves. Our dismantle team may try to to separate here rather than removing the waterfall edges which will most probably break. This has been a successful method before, however nothing can be guaranteed. Therefore worktops are not included in the sales price, but given free of charge.
