Conditions of Sale
- Free TV offer only applies to the first 5 orders. If you qualify, your TV will be reserved for 2 hours prior to deposit being received
- Lead times from order to delivery may vary and will be agreed at time of purchase
- Delivery anywhere in the UK (mainland) within 250 miles of Devizes, Wiltshire is free of charge. For purchasers outside of mainland UK please advise on delivery location prior to purchase. Delivery will be organised through Brookmans direct.
- Viewing is advised. For an appointment to view, please contact UKE
- The kitchen’s manufacture is bespoke. When ordering a specified colour or worktops for example, the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 do not apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
- Payment options include Credit Card, however, this would be paid direct to the vendor and not UKE
- Cabinet list, worktop and appliance type need to be agreed with the vendor prior to making deposit.
- Deposit is 20% of the final sales figure and must be made to UKE to secure the sale. Full balance payment is due 30 days before delivery or by 22nd December, which ever date is the earliest.
