Additional cabinetry can be purchased if required, as can worktops and appliances at outlet prices.
*With this sale you are not restricted to the illustrated layout. These cabinets can be reconfigured to suit your space. Please note; as with all our Outlet offers, kitchen cabinetry contained within this listing is to be purchased in its entirety without variation/ ‘swap-outs’, but you can purchase extra cabinets if required. To assist you in this process, Brookmans are also offering a ‘virtual’ design service – please contact us for more information about this.
Delivery Times and Costs
Brookmans by Smallbone are offering pre-Christmas delivery – These will be given on a first-come-first-served basis. Lead time from order to delivery will be agreed at the time of purchase but is normally between 1 to 6 weeks.
Delivery is FREE to anywhere in the UK (subject to conditions see below).
Viewings
Display kitchens can be viewed by appointment only at the Brookmans workshop in Devizes, Wiltshire. Please contact UKE to secure an appointment time.

Conditions of Sale
- Lead times from order to delivery may vary and will be agreed at time of purchase
- Delivery anywhere in the UK (mainland) within 250 miles of Devizes, Wiltshire is free of charge. For purchasers outside of mainland UK please advise on delivery location prior to purchase. Delivery will be organised through Brookmans direct.
- Viewing is advised. For an appointment to view, please contact UKE
- The kitchen’s manufacture is bespoke. When ordering a specified colour or worktops for example, the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 do not apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
- Payment options include Credit Card, however, this would be paid direct to the vendor and not UKE
- Cabinet list, worktop and appliance type need to be agreed with the vendor prior to making deposit.
- Deposit is 20% of the final sales figure and must be made to UKE to secure the sale. Full balance payment is due 30 days before delivery or by 22nd December, which ever date is the earliest.
- The vendor for this sale is Lux Group Holdings Ltd, Hopton Works, London Road, Devizes, SN10 3EU
- All other UKE Standard Terms of Sale apply
