Due to high demand for our Factory offers, UKE, in partnership with Brookmans by Smallbone, have decided to offer a replica of their popular Heals Display Kitchen at a Factory Outlet price.
During December, as an extra bonus offer, we are offering an exact replica both the Brookmans by Smallbone K1 a K2 kitchens, currently on display at Heals Department Store, Tottenham Court Road, London. This sale is for new kitchen furniture to the same layout and design as the display pictured with the option to purchase worktops and appliances separately.
This offer ends on Monday 21st December 2020. Delivery available from 28th February 2021 onwards

Viewings
Viewings by appointment only are possible (subject to Government Restrictions/Regulations) at Heals Department Store, Tottenham Court Road, Bloomsbury, London. We do have a virtual viewing recorded by us so we can send this to you on request.
Conditions of Sale
- Lead times from order to delivery may vary and will be agreed at time of purchase
- Delivery anywhere in the UK (mainland) within 250 miles of Devizes, Wiltshire is free of charge. For purchasers outside of mainland UK please advise on delivery location prior to purchase. Delivery will be organised through Brookmans direct.
- Viewing is advised. For an appointment to view, please contact UKE
- The kitchen’s manufacture is bespoke. When ordering a specified colour or worktops for example, the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 do not apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
- Payment options include Credit Card, however, this would be paid direct to the vendor and not UKE
- Cabinet list, worktop and appliance type need to be agreed with the vendor prior to making deposit.
- Deposit is 20% of the final sales figure and must be made to UKE to secure the sale. Full balance payment is due 30 days before delivery or by 28th February which ever date is the earliest.
- The vendor for this sale is Lux Group Holdings Ltd, Hopton Works, London Road, Devizes, SN10 3EU
